Happy Monday everyone! This week is a two parter. I got to do two portrait sessions with my lovely sister in law. This first shoot was captured in the comfort of her own backyard. Backyard shoots are nice and convenient travel wise and it's always easier to give a natural smile in a place where you feel comfortable. We utilized shaded areas and played with the bright sunlight. Her purple locks and green eyes pair amazingly with the glow of autumn. Enjoy these portraits and keep an eye out for part 2! Part 2 arriving later this week!

Autumn is in full swing and it is beautiful! The leaves have changed, the rain is here, and so is the beloved pumpkin spice latte (for those that enjoy sweet coffee beverages). Among the various pumpkin flavored things that can surface this time of year, social media is flooded with pictures of actual pumpkins as well. To celebrate the yearly phenomenon, I decided to take some portraits at a pumpkin patch. Modeling, was my 7 month old nephew, accompanied by his mother. They were sporting some adorable fall fashions, including a hand crocheted beanie by Bombay Crochet! Enjoy these highlights from our little adventure and prepare for a cuteness overload. Book a shoot to get photos like this with your little munchkin!
